This building has been used for offices and storage space for the Reitmans Company since 1965. It stands out mainly because of its size, horizontal openings, apparent structure and contrasting brick. The façade’s original elements have been preserved through regular building maintenance. It is a typical example of the industrial-type architecture found in the L’Acadie-Chabanel area, which is undergoing revitalization.
