This five-plex, dating from 1925, is situated with one façade running along Wellington Street and another overlooking Grenier Park. The main façade entrances are sheltered by Doric colonnades, complete with pedestals. Several of the original elements have been preserved, including the window arrangement and doors with stained glass accents, the cast-iron balconies, and the brick-and-stone coping. This building is remarkably well preserved thanks to the careful work of its owner.
