This brick house was built by Mr. Albert Mitchel in 1913. The mansard roof, clad in "à la Canadienne" tin sheeting, was painstakingly restored around 1990, and care was taken to preserve the original gable detailing. Note the original cast-iron porch railings with their traditional Québécois designs.
